Our shop is equipped with taper shank drills on a drill line or def cutters in a magnetic drill. High-speed and carbide drills are just some of the equipment we use to get drilling jobs done with speed and proficiency.
We can drill counterbore holes, or holes with varying diameters if your piece requires the installation of bolts that are recessed within the steel or other material. We can also drill tapped holes with threads so that fasteners may be installed without a nut. This is advantageous when only one side of the piece will be accessible.
When holes are needed to complete the steel parts and components your job requires, we can also provide plasma burning and hole punching services at our NYC facility.
